[origin: EP2829390A1] Provided are a processing method and a processing apparatus in which processing can be carried out effectively at high speeds when a sheet-shaped attachment to be fitted to a sheet for storage body are bonded to a web having the sheets for storage body continuing in the longitudinal direction. When each of the attachment 13 is cut and bonded to the web 12, the tape 14 is, first, disposed in the thickness direction of the web 12 and the tape 14 is fed along the longitudinal direction of the web 12. In a state that a relative movement of the tape 14 and the web 12 is stopped, a portion of the tape 14 closer to the end thereof is cut and bonded to the web 12.
