[origin: WO2013144820A1] A domotic energy management apparatus (1) that can be associated with a temperature conditioning installation (2) of a building, comprises: - a supervising device (6) operatively connected to a control device (3) and to a detection device (5) and configured to generate a thermal energy management signal; - a connection portion (7) comprising at least two input sections (8), each of which is connectable to a respective energy source (10), and an output section (9) that can be associated with an energy supply line (11) of the temperature conditioning installation (2); - an energy management unit (12) which operates on the connection portion (7) and which is operatively connected to the supervising device (6) to control the regulating unit to regulate the flow of energy between each input section (8) and the output section (9).
