[origin: WO2013144765A1] The invention relates to an induction heating device, comprising at least two heating inductors (10a-f, 12a-f, 14a-f, 16a-e), at least one heating frequency unit (18a-f, 20a-e) for supplying the heating inductors (10a-f, 12a-f, 14a-f, 16a-e) with a heating current, at least one resonant capacitor unit (22a-f, 24a-e), at least one first current sensor unit (26a-e, 28a-e) and at least one second current sensor unit (30a-e, 32a-e, 34a-e, 36a-e), which are each arranged in at least one resonant circuit and provided in order to measure at least one heating-current characteristic value. In order to advantageously optimize an induction heating device of the type in question, the invention relates that the first current sensor unit (26a-e, 28a-e) and the second current sensor unit (30a-e, 32a-e, 34a-e, 36a-e) are of different types.
