[origin: WO2015018917A1] The invention relates to a building shell portion, for example a roof (1) or a façade portion, for a permanent structure including a stationary load-bearing structure (2), a textile roof membrane (3), at least one end of which is stationary relative to the stationary load-bearing structure (2), a mobile framework (4) supported on said membrane (3), and a device for moving the mobile framework relative to the stationary load-bearing structure, such as to adjust the tension of the membrane. Said device includes a resilient device (6) and/or a permanently installed electric, pneumatic and/or hydraulic actuator. Said device can be configured such as to set the maximum and minimum force that can be exerted by same, thus sealing the roof while ensuring the integrity of the roof membrane.

L'invention concerne une portion d'enveloppe de bâtiment, par exemple une toiture (1) ou une portion de façade, pour ouvrage permanent comprenant une structure porteuse fixe (2), une membrane de couverture textile (3), dont au moins une extrémité est fixe par rapport à la structure porteuse fixe (2), une charpente mobile (4) en appui sous ladite membrane (3), ainsi qu'un mécanisme (10) pour déplacer la charpente mobile par rapport à la structure porteuse fixe de manière à ajuster la tension de la membrane. Ce mécanisme (10) comprend un actionneur (16) électrique, pneumatique et/ou hydraulique, qui peut être configurés pour permettre une mise en tension approximative de la membrane (3) puis un réglage fin de la tension de la membrane (3) de manière automatique et à distance.
