Refill system (1) of a liquid container (3), wherein a conduit element (5) is fixed to the liquid container and has an upper part flow passage (9) having one end inside the container and the other end leading past the connection of the conduit element with the container and through at least one upper part radial opening (11) into a space (13) defined by the conduit element and the wall of the container, and wherein, in its first position, a closing element (31) having a first sealing portion (35) is capable of sealing the space liquid-tightly towards the outside.
