[origin: EP2842449A1] It is possible to prevent from disrupting circulation of cleaning liquid, and prevent the cleaning liquid from overflowing a cleaning tray, even when clogging of a filter occurs. A cleaning device includes: the cleaning tray configured to receive a cleaned part of a small electrical appliance; a container for storing the cleaning liquid to be supplied into the cleaning tray during cleaning of the cleaned part; a cleaning-liquid-supply means configured to supply, into the cleaning tray, the cleaning liquid stored in the container; an overflow path through which overflowing liquid of the cleaning liquid supplied into the cleaning tray is returned to the container; and a filter. The overflow path includes: a first overflow path for returning, to the container, the overflowing liquid so as to be filtered by being made to pass through the filter; and a second overflow path for returning, to the container, the overflowing liquid without being made to pass through the filter.
