[origin: CA2895291A1] The invention relates to a grinding system, comprising: a grinding machine, which has a head plate driven in an rotating and/or oscillating manner, which head plate is designed to receive a grinding disk and retain said grinding disk in a releasable manner; and a device for exchanging a grinding disk, which is attached to the head plate in a releasable manner. The device for exchanging a grinding disk comprises a stop element, against which the head plate having the grinding disk can be placed in a removal position, at least one removal finger, which can be moved between a retracted position and an engagement position, in which engagement position the removal finger engages in a hole on the head plate in the removal position, and a clamping apparatus, by means of which the at least one removal finger can be moved in relation to the stop element, wherein the removal finger comes in contact with the back side of the grinding disk in order to release the grinding disk and clamps the grinding disk tightly against the stop element. The invention further relates to a corresponding method for exchanging a grinding disk.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Austauschen einer Schleifscheibe, welche an einer Kopfplatte einer Schleifmaschine lösbar angebracht ist, mit einem Anschlagelement, an welches die Kopfplatte mit der Schleifscheibe in einer Abnahmeposition anlegbar ist, mindestens einem Abnahmefinger, welcher zwischen einer Rückzugsposition und einer Eingriffsposition verstellbar ist, in welcher der Abnahmefinger in eine Ausnehmung an der Kopfplatte in der Abnahmeposition eingreift, und einer Spanneinrichtung, durch welche der mindestens eine Abnahmefinger relativ zum Anschlagelement verschiebbar ist, wobei der Abnahmefinger zum Lösen der Schleifscheibe an deren Rückseite zur Anlage kommt und die Schleifscheibe am Anschlagelement festspannt. Die Erfindung beschreibt außerdem ein entsprechendes Verfahren zum Austauschen einer Schleifscheibe.
