[origin: WO2013153127A1] Arrangement of an intercooler (4) in an intake pipe (5), wherein the intercooler (4) has a cooler block (15) through which charge air can flow and which can be inserted into the intake pipe through a first opening (11) of the intake pipe, wherein the cooler block (15) has at least one first outer wall (7) and at least one second outer wall (7) which run along the main expansion direction of the cooler block (15) and delimit the region of the cooler block (15) through which a flow can take place, wherein the intake pipe (5) surrounds the insertable part of the intercooler (4) on three sides such that a flow can take place through the cooler block (15) of the intercooler (4) within the intake pipe (5), wherein the intake pipe (5) has a first inner surface (9) and a second inner surface (9) which each run along one of the outer walls (7) of the cooler block (15), characterised in that the first inner surface (9) and/or the second inner surface (9) each have a first projection (6) on which the first outer wall (7) and/or the second outer wall (7) of the cooler block (15) can be supported.
