[origin: JP2014231395A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To at least partially solve the drawbacks of the well-known holding devices, more specifically, to reduce in an affordable, simplified configuration the risk of wrinkles being formed by the gripping device.SOLUTION: There is provided a holding device (10) for holding a bag portion (210) of belt-like film (200) in a filling station (110) for a bag filling device (100), the holding device (10) having: a first holding jaw portion (22) for holding the bag portion (210) by a holding portion (26) in a tip area (212) of the bag portion (210); and a second holding jaw portion (24) movable with respect to the first holding jaw portion (22). A first auxiliary jaw portion (32) is movably supported by the first holding jaw portion (22). At the second holding jaw portion (24), a second auxiliary jaw portion (34) is disposed so as to hold the bag portion (210) by an auxiliary holding portion (36) positioned below the holding portion (26).
