[origin: WO2013162410A1] The invention relates to the production of furniture, and more specifically to mechanisms for converting articles of soft furniture, and can be used in sofa or bed structures. The converting mechanism comprises two hinged elements with multiple members, said hinged elements being connected by a bar and each being comprised of a supporting member and an upper platform member, an intermediate platform member and a lower platform member for attachment to the sleeping sections. The platform members are interconnected by means of two rotatable members in the form of angle levers, each of which is hingedly connected by an angular part to the supporting member, by an end portion of a short arm to the lower platform member, and by a medium arm to the intermediate platform member, wherein the end portions of a long arm of each angle lever are hingedly connected to the upper platform member. The mechanism can additionally be equipped with a support for the intermediate platform member and with a supporting roller which is mounted on the lower platform member. An unloading device of the mechanism is preferably in the form of a tension spring which is connected to the short arm of a rotatable member.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von Möbeln und insbesondere Mechanismen für die Umwandlung von Gegenständen von Polstermöbeln und kann in Sofa oder Bett Strukturen verwendet werden. Der Umwandlungsmechanismus umfasst zwei Scharnierelemente mit mehreren Gliedern, wobei die schwenkbaren Elemente durch eine Stange verbunden sind und jeweils aus einem Stützteil und einem oberen Plattformteil, einem Zwischenplattformteil und einem unteren Plattformteil zur Befestigung an den Schlaf Abschnitten besteht. Die Plattformelemente sind mit Hilfe von zwei drehbaren Gliedern in Form von Winkelhebeln miteinander verbunden, von denen jeder gelenkig mit einem Winkelteil mit dem Tragelement verbunden ist, und zwar durch einen Endabschnitt eines kurzen Arms mit dem unteren Plattformteil und durch einen mittleren Arm mit dem Zwischenplattformelement, wobei die Endabschnitte eines langen Armes jedes Winkelhebels gelenkig mit dem oberen Plattformteil verbunden ist. Der Mechanismus kann außerdem mit einer Halterung für das Zwischenplattformelement und mit einer Stützrolle, die an dem unteren Plattformteil montiert ist, ausgestattet sein. Eine Entladevorrichtung des Mechanismus ist vorzugsweise in Form einer Zugfeder vorgesehen, die mit dem kurzen Arm eines drehbaren Elements verbunden ist.
