[origin: WO2013175107A1] The invention relates to a household appliance (1) for preparing a concentrate comprising a liquid and extracts from ingredients selected from plants, fruits and vegetables, the appliance comprising: a base (2) provided with a container (10) for liquid and a heating body (11) for heating the contents of the container (10) so as to produce steam; a receptacle (12) for ingredients, disposed removably on the base; and at least one injection nozzle (30) circulating the steam from the container (10) to the receptacle (12), having a non-return action. According to the invention, the injection nozzle comprises a first end (32) that occupies a closed position preventing the liquid from flowing from the receptacle (12) to the container (10), and an open position allowing the flow of steam and in which the opening has a maximum cross-section of between 1 mm2 and 5 mm2.
