[origin: WO2015044008A1] The invention relates to an insert for distributing coolant in a turbine blade (1), said insert being made of at least three segments (4, 15, 21) which can be inserted one after the other in a radial direction into an interior (3) of said turbine blade (1), wherein at least the last segment (4) inserted acts as a wedge and presses other segments (15, 21) at a suitable distance against a wall (2) of the turbine blade (1) in such a way that impingement cooling is made possible. The invention further relates to a corresponding method.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einsatz zur Verteilung von Kühlfluid in einer Turbinenschaufel (1), aufgebaut aus mindestens drei Teilstücken (4, 15, 21), die nacheinander in einen Innenraum (3) der Turbinenschaufel (1) einführbar sind, wobei zumindest das zuletzt eingeführte Teilstück (4) als Keil wirkt und andere Teilstücke (15, 21) so mit geeignetem Abstand an eine Wand (2) der Turbinenschaufel (1) drückt, dass eine Prallkühlung erfolgen kann. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls ein zugehöriges Verfahren.
