Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2013174582A1] The invention relates to an electric connecting system, in particular an underground cable, comprising a first connecting piece which can be connected to one end of a first cable. A longitudinal axis of the first cable determines a first longitudinal axis and a second connecting piece can be connected to one end of a second cable. A longitudinal axis of the second cable determines a second longitudinal axis. The first connecting piece comprises a receiving part formed for a projection of the second connecting piece and the second connecting piece comprises the projection corresponding to the receiving part. In order to form an electrically conductive connection between the connecting pieces, the projection can be arranged in the receiving part. It is possible to install the underground cable in a particularly simple manner due to the fact that the receiving part extends parallel to the first longitudinal axis, that the projection extends parallel to the second longitudinal axis and that the projection can be displaced in the receiving part parallel to the longitudinal axis.
