[origin: WO2015049078A1] The invention relates to an actuator assembly (1) for an adjustable piece of furniture for sitting or lying (31), in particular for an adjustable bed or an adjustable comfort armchair, comprising a spindle (5), which can be actuated by means of a drive for causing axial rotation and which is supported in a stationary manner. The actuator assembly (1) also has a sliding block (9), which is mechanically coupled to the spindle (5) and which can be moved parallel to a longitudinal axis (11) of the spindle (5) when the spindle (5) is actuated. Furthermore, the actuator assembly (1) has a coupling element (13), which is supported in such a way that the coupling element can be moved in relation to the spindle (5) and which has a first gate (15), in which the sliding block (9) is at least partially guided, such that, when the spindle (5) is actuated, the coupling element (13) is moved in order to move a segment (37) of the adjustable piece of furniture for sitting or lying (31), which segment can be mechanically coupled to the coupling element (13).
