[origin: WO2013182627A1] Apparatus and system for producing a flat rolled, continuously conveyed strip of dough (1), comprising an upper roller (2), which is driven to rotate about a first rotational axis (3), and a lower roller (4), which is driven to rotate about a second rotational axis (5), the sense of rotation (6) of the upper roller (2) being opposite to the sense of rotation (7) of the lower roller (4). A roll gap (8) for passing the strip of dough (1) through and rolling it out is provided between the upper roller (2) and the lower roller (4). The invention is characterized in that the rollers (2, 4) are configured such as to favor contact of the strip of dough (1) with the lower roller (4) and in that the rotational axes (3, 5) can be inclined in relation to each other.
