Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2013182242A1] The invention relates to a module consisting of sub-assemblies and used for producing specific frames for motor vehicle seats. The force, which is applied by the belt (13) attached to the top of the beam (12) rigidly connected to the tube (2) surrounding the bar (1) while providing a gap (3) for inserting the energy-absorbing sleeves and the dogs thereof, is transmitted to the bar (1) centered in a hole (4a) of a flange (4), the bar comprising, at each of the ends thereof, an arm (5) engaging with mobile abutments (6) that retransmit the force to the two flanges (4), each of which is retained by the claw thereof (4i) within housings (17), immobilizing the module on the vehicle floor, the force being equally distributed on both sides of the seat. The use of said module results in substantial time, weight, and cost savings.
