Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2672333A1] The middle has a peripheral shoulder in which a rotating bezel system (1) is rotatably mounted. The system is an independent module comprising an annular bezel (7), an annular supporting element (5), a toothed element (19) and a spring (9) interacting elastically with the toothed element. The spring and the toothed element are maintained axially by the bezel and the supporting element. The system includes a fixing unit (27) for securing the spring, the supporting element and the bezel with each other. The toothed element is angularly interdependent of the middle while the spring is angularly interdependent of the bezel and the supporting element allows an indexing of a position of the system relative to the middle. An independent claim is also included for a timepiece.
