[origin: WO2013108067A1] The invention relates to a device which is designed as an optical adapter device that consists of a transparent material with an increased refractive index, and comprises a layer between the emitting surface of the semiconductor and said optical adapter device. The latter is produced from a material with a low elastic deformation coefficient, and has a thickness that allows the tunnelling of the emitted light.
