Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Identifizierung von Gaskonzentrationen in der Luft, wobei Paramater über eine Datenverarbeitung unter Verwendung von Referenz- und/oder Klassifizierungsmustern ausgewertet werden und in Abhängigkeit der Ergebnisse der Auswertung eine Alarmausgabe und/oder Visualisierung als Gefahrenmelder stattfindet.
