Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2013189932A2] A method for producing a photovoltaic module (100) comprises: - providing a layer stack (101), comprising a first electrically conductive layer (102), an absorber (103), and a second electrically conductive layer (104) on a substrate (105), and the following: - cutting through the first layer (102), the absorber (103), and the second layer (104) and forming a first trench (106) in the process, - cutting through the second layer (104) and the absorber (103), - cutting through at least the second layer (104) again and forming a third trench (108) in the process, so that the second trench (107) lies between the first trench (106) and the third trench (108), - filling the first trench (106) with an electrically insulating material (109), - overwriting the filled first trench (106) and filling the second trench (108) with an electrically conductive material (110) for electrically contacting the second layer (104) and the first layer (102).
