[origin: CN204407149U] The utility model relates to a banding winding for a high voltage transformer and a related high voltage transformer. The banding winding comprises a banding conductor (10,30,70) having a rectangular cross section; the banding conductor (10,30,70) spirally winds a reel (44) in a plurality of winding layers (52,54,56,58,60,62,64); the banding conductor (10,30,70) is formed by at least two single conductors (12,14,16,32,34) arranged side by side and on the side of the banding conductor; the at least two single conductors have the same rectangular cross sections; extensions of the single conductors (12,14,16,32,34)along the banding conductor (10,30,70) are interchanged (66) in a circulating way in at least one interchanging area (18,38,72,74); and relative axial (44) deviation of the related single conductors (12,14,16,32,34) are caused. The utility model further relates to a high voltage transformer having the banding winding.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bandwicklung für Hochspannungstransformatoren, umfassend einen Bandleiter (10, 30, 70) mit rechteckförmigem Querschnitt, welcher in mehreren Wickellagen (52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64) spiralähnlich um eine Wickelachse (44) angeordnet ist. Der Bandleiter (10, 30, 70) ist seinerseits aus wenigstens zwei nebeneinander in einer Lage angeordneten Einzelleitern (12, 14, 16, 32, 34) mit ebenfalls rechteckförmigem Querschnitt gebildet wobei die Einzelleiter (12, 14, 16, 32, 34) längs der Erstreckung des Bandleiters (10, 30, 70) in wenigstens einem Tauschbereich (18, 38, 72, 74) jeweils zyklisch miteinander vertauscht (66) sind und wobei damit ein jeweiliger axialer (44) Versatz der jeweiligen Einzelleiter (12, 14, 16, 32, 34) bewirkt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch einen Hochspannungstransformator mit erfindungsgemäßer Bandwicklung.
