Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014000761A1] Method for deforming a profiled shape, particularly an elongate profiled shape, of a material web (19) into a regularly undulating and/or periodic profile structure, wherein the material of the material web comprises paper and/or plastic and/or plastic film and/or heat-insulating material excluding material with metal/metallic and/or heat-conducting components, using one or a plurality of moving deformation means (6a, 6b), with which the material web is brought into form-fit engagement, wherein after engagement with the deformation means the material web (19a) profiled thereby is brought into form-fit engagement with one or a plurality of complementarily profiled adjusting means (7a, 7b) which are moved relative to the deformation means in such a way that the profile structure formed by the deformation means is subjected to any subsequent fine adjustment and/or correction in order to adjust, change or maintain its dimensional accuracy.
