[origin: WO2014001122A1] A high-pressure piston fuel pump comprises an inlet valve (20) which comprises a plate-shaped movable valve member (36) and at least one stationary valve seat (60) cooperating therewith. According to the invention, the valve seat (60) extends along a valve seat line extending at least in regions in an undulating, meandering, jagged or clover-leaf fashion, or extends along a first radially inner valve seat line and a second radially outer valve seat line.
