[origin: WO2014001089A1] The invention relates to a screw pump having two screws (14), in which each screw (14) has a first thread (19) and a second thread (19). The threads (19) each extend from a suction side (20) to a pressure side (21) and mesh with each other such that the threads (19) are divided into a plurality of working chambers, the volume of which decreases from the suction side (20) to the pressure side (21). According to the invention, the threads (19) have two thread turns.
