[origin: EP2685295A1] The lamp (L) has a light guide plate (1) whose an edge is provided for coupling a light flux obtained by a LED. The structural elements (7.1) of the light guide plate are arranged for generating the desired light distribution. One side of the light guide plate is provided with a glare control element (2), and another side is equipped with a diffuser element (3). An independent claim is included for a method for lighting of space.
