Abstract (en)

The present invention deals with novel uncharged reactivators of human acetylcholinesterase of formula (II) below, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, and their use for reactivating human acetylcholinesterase inhibited by at least one organophosphorus nerve agent.
