Abstract (en)
A protection sheet (9) for induction plates (1) is placed between the induction plate (1) being protected and the cooking recipient(s), for which purpose the protection sheet comprises means for attaching it to the plate. The sheet is characterised in that it comprises one or more layers of impervious, anti-adhesive, absorbent material that is highly resistant to flameless heat and tear-resistant, and of a material that can be transparent, semi-transparent and/or opaque; said sheet (9) is longitudinally folded in the middle, the total width of the two halves of the sheet being wider than the plate (1), is wound into a roll (6) and cut to the desired measure.
