[origin: WO2014023494A1] The invention relates to dispensers for cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquids (60) having a liquid reservoir (20), in which the liquid (60) is stored before a dispensing process and which is surrounded by an outer wall (30), comprising a dispensing opening (44) for dispensing the liquid (60) into a surrounding atmosphere and an uptake tube (40) that extends from the dispensing opening (44) into the liquid reservoir (20). According to the invention, the outer wall (30) of the liquid reservoir (20) and the uptake tube (40) are designed as a common integral component. The invention further relates to the use of said dispenser as a cost-effective dispenser, in particular for dispensing only one batch of liquid.
