Abstract (en)
A rehabilitation mechanism includes a base having a seat, a frame is mounted on the base and includes two arms each having a shaft, two handles and two foot supports are pivotal attached to the shaft, and a latch device includes two catches slidably attached to the handles and each catch includes one end for selectively locking the handle to the frame and for preventing the handle from being rotated relative to the frame, and the catches each include another end for selectively locking the handle to the foot support and for allowing the handle and the foot support to be rotated relative to the frame altogether.
