[origin: WO2014026795A1] The invention relates to and describes a device (12, 12') for removing swarf (10) in machining manufacturing methods. In order to allow swarf to be removed in a cost-effective manner even from very deep or very wide bore holes, it is suggested that the device (12, 12') comprises a cylindrical hollow body (13) which can be slid onto a tool holder (1), and that the device (12, 12') comprises at least one spiral-shaped swarf conveyor (15, 15') that surrounds said hollow body (13).
