[origin: WO2014026506A1] Disclosed is a side-by-side refrigerator (1), comprising a box body (100), a left door body (200) and a right door body (300), a left door opening part (500), a right door opening part (600), and a left pedal part (700) and a right pedal part (800), wherein the left door opening part (500) is mounted on the box body (100) and can move between a left propped open position and a left retracted position, and the right door open part (600) is mounted on the box body (100) and can move between a right propped open position and a right retracted position. The left pedal part (700) and the right door opening part (600) are connected and correspond to the left door body (200) in the up and down direction. When the left pedal part (700) moves from a left raised position to a left depressed position, the right door opening part (600) is driven to move from a right retracted position to a right propped open position. The right pedal part (800) and the left door opening part (500) are connected and correspond to the right door body (300) in the up and down direction. When the right pedal part (800) moves from a right raised position to a right depressed position, the left door opening part (500) is driven to move from a left retracted position to a left propped open position.
