Abstract (en)

A smoking article comprises a mouthpiece and an aerosol generating substrate wrapped in a cigarette paper. The cigarette paper is formed from a sheet material comprising a mixture of cellulosic fibres, a polymeric material and a filler. The polymeric material is present in an amount of at least 2 percent by weight of the sheet material and the filler is present in an amount of at least 30 percent by weight of the sheet material.
