[origin: CN104740848A] The pulley device comprises first and second pulleys (1a,1b) each provided with a set of sheaves (2a,2b). The two pulleys (1a,1b) are designed to be respectively fixed to a fixed point and to a person to be rescued. A rope (3) is fixed to one of the two pulleys (1a/1b) and arranged in such a way that the first pulley (1a) moves towards the second pulley (1b) when a pull is exerted on the rope (3). An enclosure connects the first pulley (1a) to the second pulley (1b) and surrounds the path of the rope (3) between the two pulleys (1a,1b). One end of the rope (3) extends outwards from the enclosure to enable a pull to be exerted on the end of the rope (3).

Le dispositif de mouflage comporte des première et deuxième poulies (1a, 1 b) munis chacune d'un jeu de réas (2a, 2b). Les deux poulies (1a, 1 b) sont destinées à être fixé respectivement à un point fixe et à une personne à secourir. Une corde (3) fixée à l'une des deux poulies (1a/1b) et agencée de sorte que la première poulie (1a) se rapproche de la deuxième poulie (1 b) lors d'un tirage de la corde (3). Une enveloppe connecte la première poulie (1a) à la deuxième poulie (1 b) et entoure le cheminement de la corde (3) entre les deux poulies (1a, 1b). Une extrémité de la corde (3) sort de l'enveloppe pour autoriser le tirage de l'extrémité de la corde (3).
