Die Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsmaschine (10), insbesondere einen Seilbagger, für den Schürfkübelbetrieb, mit einem über ein Hubseil aufgenommenen Schürfkübel (30), wobei der Einsatz mittels wenigstens einem Grabseil (40) zur Ausführung der Schürfbewegung einziehbar ist und eine Grabseilführung (50) zur Führung des Grabseils (40) an der Arbeitsmaschine (10) angeordnet ist, wobei die Grabseilführung (50) beweglich, insbesondere linear beweglich ausgeführt ist.
