The transfer switch comprises a primary side operation mechanism and a backup side operation mechanism. The interlocking apparatus comprises a primary side driving rod, a primary side driven rod, a primary side executing rod, a backup side driving rod, a backup side driven rod, and a backup side executing rod. The primary side driving rod moves following a movement of a main shaft of the primary side operation mechanism. The primary side driven rod is connected to the primary side driving rod. The primary side executing rod is connected to the primary side driven rod and is installed on a side plate of the backup side operation mechanism. The primary side executing rod rotates around a second fulcrum on the side plate of the backup side operation mechanism. The backup side driving rod moves following a movement of a main shaft of the backup side operation mechanism. The backup side driven rod is connected to the backup side driving rod. The backup side executing rod is connected to the backup side driven rod and is installed on a side plate of the primary side operation mechanism. The backup side executing rod rotates around a first fulcrum on the side plate of the primary side operation mechanism.
