[origin: WO2014041267A1] The apparatus for dispensing precut materials wound into a coil or folded into a "Z" comprising a housing forming a receptacle with a bottom plate, a horizontal lower wall, vertical walls with a hinged cover at the base of the housing and being raised from above in order to close same, the apparatus comprising a flap secured relative to the side walls of the housing, being positioned vertically, said flap having, in the upper portion of same, a curved configuration in order to allow the passage and guidance of the strip of precut material, said strip of material passing between said flap and said cover, said flap and said cover each having an identical central cutout to allow the outputting and gripping of the strip of precut material, said dispensing apparatus being characterised in that the flap (3) has, around the peripheral edge of said cutout (3b), a shape (3d) having a curved configuration on the entire circumference of the peripheral edge of said central cutout formed on the flap, being in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the flap, and in that said shape has a gradual differentiated height of the central portion (3dl) of same corresponding to the upper portion of the central cutout to the ends (3d2) of same, forming a ramp, said ends of said shape providing a function of penetrating into the strip of material in the precut line of same in order to then make a complete transverse tear and separate a section of material.
