[origin: WO2014048839A1] The present invention relates to a vehicle comprising a chassis, a driving axle (1), a driven axle (2) and a hydraulic assistance system comprising a pump (3) and a hydraulic motor (4) each comprising a casing (5, 6), said hydraulic pump (3) being positioned near the driving axle (1) and the hydraulic motor being positioned near the driven axle (2), characterized in that said casings (5, 6) of the pump (3) and of the hydraulic motor (4) are connected by a drainage pipe (8) that provides an exchange of oil between said casings (5, 6), said casings (5, 6) of the pump (3) and of the hydraulic motor (4) being configured in such a way as to define a threshold value for the oil level in the casing (6) of the hydraulic motor (4) beyond which oil is removed from the casing (6) of the hydraulic motor (4).
