[origin: WO2014048529A1] The invention relates to a method for making data available in a motor vehicle (12), comprising the steps: entering a user query by means of an input device (18) of the motor vehicle (12); searching a plurality of sources (16) for data corresponding to the user query; and displaying the search result associated with the found data by means of a display device (20) of the motor vehicle (12); respective applications of the motor vehicle (12) being assigned to the search results by means of a data processing device (14), said applications being designed to reflect the data formats associated with the search results and displaying only these applications by means of the display device (20). The invention further relates to a system (10) for making data available in a motor vehicle (12).
