Abstract (en)
A heat pump-type heating and hot-water supply apparatus includes a hot-water supply circuit, a compressor and control means. The control means when decreasing the speed of the compressor to decrease the going temperature, judges whether or not the going temperature is equal to or more than an upper limit temperature in the case that the speed of the compressor is at or below a lower limit speed, stops the compressor in the case that the going temperature is equal to or more than the upper limit temperature, and continues to operate the compressor at the lower limit speed in the case that the going temperature is not equal to or more than the upper limit temperature. Consequently, it is possible to suppress the degradation of the COP resulting from the degradation of the operating efficiency of the compressor.
