Ein Distanzhalter für eine Laufschiene eines Schiebeflügels einer Tür oder eines Fensters ist mit seiner Unterseite auf die Laufschiene aufsetzbar und auch noch nach bereits erfolgter Montage von dieser Unterseite her durch eine in der Laufschiene vorgesehene Öffnung hindurch in seiner Höhe variabel einstellbar.
