The first end (31) of the shaft (30) is rotatably installed on the first arm (21). The second end (32) of the shaft (30) is rotatably installed on the second arm (22). The circular knife (40) is positioned between the first and second arms (21, 22), and the plane of the circular knife (40) is parallel to the extending direction of the first and second arms (21, 22).
