[origin: JP2015181937A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dust collection filter bag and a vacuum cleaner provided with the dust collection filter bag, to improve the dust collection filter bag in particular so as to facilitate the oscillation of a closing cover, to reduce or to completely prevent the outflow of dust, garbage or active carbon, and to achieve the flowing technical improvement of air flow passing through a dust filter in combination of a dust collection filter bag and a vacuum cleaner.SOLUTION: To improve a dust collection filter bag 1, at least one partial area of a collar 6 is inclined only by an angle α which is larger than 20° and smaller than 70°, preferably larger than 30° and smaller than 60°, and especially preferably larger than 40° and smaller than 50° with respect to a surface normal line 9 of a supply surface 4 about a cross section with the rotational axis 7 of a closing cover 8 shown as a point.
