[origin: AU2014201947A1] DESCRIPTIVE "Capsule for preparing a beverage" Capsule intended to receive a substance for preparing a beverage when the cap sule is installed in a machine of coffee machine type. The capsule has a bottom (1), and a side wall (3) forming overall part of a frustum of a cone and a flange (4) receiving a membrane seal (5) after loading of the capsule with the substance. The flat bottom (1) has a circular inner groove (12), centered on the axis (xx) of the capsule and corre sponding to the circle on which the pins of the piston of the extraction machine are lo cated. This groove (12) forms a local reduction of the bottom thickness leaving only a veil of material (123).
