Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schienenfahrzeug-Zug (10) mit einem ersten Schienenfahrzeug (20), das einen Kranaufbau (40) aufweist, wobei im Betrieb des Krans auf das Schienenfahrzeug (20) wirkende Kippmomente aus der Last und/oder dem Eigengewicht entstehen können, und einem zweiten Schienenfahrzeug (30). Das erste (20) und/oder das zweite (30) Schienenfahrzeug weist zumindest einen Kraftaufnahmearm (36) auf, der mit dem ersten (20) bzw. dem zweiten (30) Schienenfahrzeug koppelbar ist, um die Kippmomente während des Kran-Betriebs in zumindest einer Richtung zumindest teilweise abzufangen, um die Standsicherheit zu erhalten und/oder die Aufstandskräfte so zu verringern, dass die zulässigen Aufstandskräfte eingehalten werden können.
