[origin: WO2014082650A1] The invention relates to a combustion gas admixing device for a gas-powered internal combustion engine containing a housing component (12) which can be connected to an intake manifold (10) of the internal combustion engine and has an inlet for attachment of a combustion gas feed line (20) and an outlet (28) opening into the intake manifold. Said device further contains a valve body (18) which is movable relative to the housing component (12). Between the valve body (18) and a through opening (22) of the housing component an annular gap (42) is formed, the cross-sectional area of which is dependent on the position of the valve body (18) and which determines the through-flow cross-section of a connection from the inlet to the outlet. The arrangement is such that the combustion gas flow exiting from the outlet (28) is directed approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the intake manifold (10).
