Abstract (en)
An engine (100) has a body that includes engine cylinder block (102) or cylinder head (104). The body is formed with a fluid passage (110) which defines an inner surface (112) configured to receive flow of fluid. The engine (100) further has a lining member (122) that is inserted and secured within the fluid passage (110). The lining member (122) defines an outer surface (124), which abuts the inner surface (112) of the fluid passage (110).
