Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2014090600A1] The invention relates to a lift installation (1) having at least one lift-car carrier (2) which can be displaced in a travel space (3) provided for the travel of the lift-car carrier (2). The lift installation comprises a first lift car (11), which is arranged in an adjustable manner on the lift-car carrier (2), also comprises at least one second lift car (12), which is arranged on the lift-car carrier (2), further comprises a drive unit (18), which is arranged on the lift-car carrier (2), and additionally comprises at least one traction means (19). At least the first lift car (11) here can be adjusted relative to the lift-car carrier (2) by the drive unit (18) using the traction means (19). The traction means (19) forms a closed loop. In addition, the traction means (19) is guided over a drive roller (20) and at least one guide roller (21), which are both arranged on the lift carrier (2). The invention is distinguished in that a guide roller is arranged in a displaceable manner on the lift-car carrier (2), wherein it is possible to set tensioning of the traction means (19) by means of displacing the guide roller (21).
