Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014087113A1] The invention relates to novel compounds (A) derived from 1,4:3,6-dianhydrohexitol having two maleate and/or fumarate functions corresponding to formula (I) wherein: R is independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, preferably an alkyl group comprising between 1 and 10 carbon atoms; and n represents a whole number of between 1 and 5, advantageously 1 or 2, and preferably equal to 1. The invention further relates to compositions comprising said monomers based on dianhydrohexitol, to the uses thereof, and to the polymer coatings obtained from said compositions.
