[origin: WO2014086475A1] An explosion-protected housing (1), such as switchgear cabinet, terminal box, distribution system housing or the like, has side walls (2, 3, 4, 5), a rear or base wall (6) connecting the side walls, and a cover or a door wall part (7) closing off a housing opening. Electronic and/or electrical components (9) are arranged in the housing interior (8), wherein the housing has a cooling device (10). In order to make it possible to cool a multiplicity of electronic and/or electrical components in the housing interior in a simple manner and without relatively high costs and relatively large space requirement, at least one cooling line (10) which is closed relative to the housing interior (8) and through which a cooling fluid (11) flows is embodied as cooling device in at least one wall or wall part.
