[origin: WO2014090985A1] The present application relates to a single stranded nucleic acid hybridizing to a splicing motif of an exon in a mRNA of a stimulating T-cell receptor or co-receptor, and wherein said exon codes for a transmembrane domain. Furthermore, the present application relates to methods of treating a transplant as well as to single stranded nucleic acids for use as a medicament, preferably for use in the treatment of graft versus host disease.
